I'd like to have a Search Toolbar in the Taskbar like the old Windows Search
in XP. Cant seem to figure out how to get it there. It was nice to be
able to search right from there.

Thanks,

Scott,

Will you help me better understand what you are attempting to achieve?

Do you desire to include “Search†within the Quick Launch Icons, at the left
side of Task Bar?

If so, place the Cursor tip as near the most right Quick Launch Icon (an
area approximately 1/8 to ¼ inch) from the most right Quick Launch Icon, then
Right Click, next a menu appears and the very Top Selection, “Open Folder†-
- After opening Folder, you may add or remove Quick Launch Short Cut Icons.

Locating the exact place for the Cursor tip is a bit tricky, and then
including the desired Short Cut requires creating the desired Short Cut.

The above sounds somewhat confusing and difficult until after you achieve
your desired outcome, and then you realize how simple and easy it is for
adding or removing Quick Launch Icons.

If the above is not the information you are seeking, just ignore.

As they say within the IT world, the definition for “Delete†is to remove
from sight, not permanently remove.

Wishing the above is what you are seeking.

Just click the start orb. The search box is at the bottom with the cursor
already in it. Just start typing.

Thanks Rock. I guess I could use that. Might be easier. Hit the WinKey and
start typing.

I was just used to the search field right in the Taskbar just like the
Address bar. It would be perfect if I could get it below the WPM bar. (-;

Sweet, Found the Preview Pane too!

Thanks,
