"search the web" window opens when using IE6 SP1

does someone knows this problem? when I open IE, or use
Outlook, a "search the web" IE window appears. I've
already cleaned up the registry editor, there were many
values "www.topsearcher.com" in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main, i've deleted all these values and for the
rest of the day no more search windows appeared. After a
reboot, I've opened IE again, and the search window was
there, and the registry values, too...
So, I cannot clean the registry editor everyday, does
anybody how to avoid the problem again?
