Search & Replace Text in the Body of a Message

Is it possible to programically search for text in the body of a message and
then replace it? If so, how do I do it?

(May have misposted this message to another forum. Sorry)
 
Yes, but the details depend on your Outlook version, mail editor, format of the message (HTML, text, RTF), and perhaps also your tolerance for third-party libraries.
