Search question

Old Geaser

I just reinstalled xp. Everything seems to be ok except this problem.

In the past when using any search engine, the item would stay there so I
could find it again. I mean when I started Goggle for example, I could
click the center of the search bar and a popup of all of the items I had
entered would be there. I also could delete any item by highlighting it and
click enter. I cannot find how to get this to work again. Any help???

In IE: Tools | Internet Options | Content | Auto Complete. Check the boxes
you wish to have auto-complete saved.

Forms was not checked. I have a copy of all tools entries for reference,
but missed that one. There may be more. Thanks again,
