FrontPage 2000, I have a database results region that
contains a search field. I publishe the page then pull it
up in a browser, but the page immediately starts doing the
search before you have a chance to enter the criteria and
press the submit query button. I believe I ran into this
problem a year or so ago and can't remember what I did to
resolve the problem. Anyone know off hand?

Typically, you set a default value for your criteria
field. If you don't want any results to appear, choose a
default value that will never apepar in the database.
