Search pops up when opening folders

Okay... I don't know what I did but I've been trying to fix it for a long time. I did something so that whenever I click on a folder, or double click it to open, the folder won't open up and instead the search window will pop up asking me if I want to search for something in that folder. I've gotten around it by right clicking the folder each time and clicking open, but I really want "open" to be the default thing that happens when I double click on a folder again. It gets really annoying and I have no idea what to do
