All of a sudden, the menu that comes up when I
click "Search" on the toolbar in Internet Explorer, it
does not say "Choose a category for your search" with the
menu including "find a web page, find a person's
address...etc.". Now it has a series of links and
automatically goes to Google for some reason. I haven't
changed any of the settings, and trying to mimic the
settings on another associate's computer doesn't seem to
work. Has this happened to anyone else and do you know
how to resolve it??? Thanks, Jenn

You may have set the search to Google only. Click on Search > Customize.
Click on Search Assistant. Click on Find a Web page and select your
choices.

Do you know if there is a way to change the way that the
screen looks when you click on search because that seems
to be the main problem? When we click customize, all of
the checkmarks are checked (by website, person's address,
etc.)??? Thanks

I have a similar problem. I cannot customize my search.
The Web Search product has taken over my internet
explorer! I can only use the Web Search product and when I
click on Customize nothing happens. Pleeeeeaaaase help!
