Dear All,
I'm trying to import a simple text file with one set of
10 character data in it, then a carriage return. I run
through the wizard to import the file, which is all
recognised fine, but when it's trying to import the text
data it says that there is no search key defined. I have
recently reinstalled Access 2002 and have not been able
to do it since. Is there a setting or registry entry that
may need to be changed to force it to import the data
into a new table?
Thanks in advance
Sam

Can you import this into a new empty MDB? If so then the problem
might be in your existing MDB. If so try doing a compact on it and
see if that cleans up the problem.
