Search Key not found

I am getting a message that says
"Search key not found in any record."

I can't save data, and I cannot delete the corrupted table
entry. What has been entered is converted to little empty
boxes (the symbol that is used when a symbol is not
available).

What is wrong? How do I fix this?
 
When do you get this error?
Try Tools >> Database Utilities >> Compact and Repair Database.
