Search Functionality

Hello,
I am trying to create a search (on a form) to find accounts related to a
particular individual within a very large table. For example, if I type in
"Jane Smith", I want to be able to find an account even if it's labeled
"Smith A., Jane". Is this possible with Access 2003 somehow? Thanks!
 
Not with any reliable accuracy.
Sound like you don't have a relational database, you have a spreadsheet
built in Access. You really need to consider doing some reading on
relational database design and rethinking your design. Were your database
schema and user interface properly designed, you would not be having this
problem.
