first of all hiya, and thanx in advance for any help...
now, searchforit.com or something related therein has
taken over some part of my puter and won't let go. I have
deleted, shredded and otherwise tried to exterminate with
extreme predjudice anything that wasn't present before
the problems occured (problems include but are not
limited to... odd sites being listed as visited, home
page changes back to searchforit.com, porn being listed
in autofills on google and various sites (ie: excite,
netscape, yahoo) I have uses avast antivirus, adaware6
and sygate personal firewall to help track down the
problem along with my own search through almost every
folder on my HD and nothing is seeming to work... any
help is GREATLY appreciated
