search for available rooms

Is there a way in Outlook calendar to see a list of available rooms for a
given time? I do not wish to have to add all the rooms and look for the
available ones with auto pick or visually. Outlook should show me a list of
the rooms available only given the time of my meeting. Rooms are already
setup.
 
Outlook doesn't know which account is a room and which isn't unless you tell it. Here's one idea: Choose Actions | View Group Schedules | New to create a new group schedule. Add all the rooms as group members, then save the group schedule. You will be able to reuse that group schedule to check for available rooms any time.
 
Thank you for the reply. This makes it a bit easier and I sure will use this
from now on but still, this is not the correct solution. In Lotus Notes, you
can click a button and it checks what rooms are available for the time of a
meeting and lists you those rooms only. You just pick the room. I am quiet
surprised Outlook lacks this veru basic functionality of settings up a
meeting. I wonder is the team is working on providing a solution for this.
