Search for an entire word

What I want to be able to do is search an entire different file for the first occurance of a word. The word will be in a cell all by itself, its just that its location may change from time to time. I need to be returned a reference to that cell. Any thoughts?
 
Record a macro when you open that other file, select the worksheet to search,
click on Ctrl-F and do the search.
