Search Folder Criteria Outlook 2003

Is there a way to create "OR" conditions in seach folders in Outlook 2003?
For instance if I want to see items from either "John" OR "Mike". When I try
adding 2 criteria it seems to add them with an "AND" requireing both
conditions to be met when I want an "OR" where either condition is ok. If
anyone know how to do this I would greatly appreciate it.

That was not a good example of what I need to do. A better example is I need
to seach for either messages FROM "Mike" OR TO "Tech Support". This would
have to be two seperate criteria but Outlook treats then as AND criteria and
not OR.
