Search feature in Outlook

Is there a search or find feature in Outlook? For example, if Debbie is
typed several ways in a new e-mail, is it possible to search for the many
ways it might be spelled and replace it with the one correct spelling? This
would be similar to the find and replace feature in Word. Thank you for your
help.

This may be version dependent, but you neglected to mention which version
you're using. The following applies to Outlok 2003.

If you're composing the mail and using Word, anything Word an do will be
available. If you're using Outlook own editor, there will be a Find but no
Find and Replace feature when composing new mail, or so it works for me.
