some thing has changed my search engine to "Global Search"

I cannot change it and it also will appear as my "home
page" as well.

I have tried to go to "customize" on my search list but
only the Global page appears and no options to choose to
reset.

You have been hijacked by the Coolwebsearch parasite.

Get and unpack the following and run the CWShredder.exe.

Get and update SpyBot Search and Destroy through its online update function.

Keep these things up to date as new nasties come along just like
