search engines

I want to set my search engine to a specific engine. All
I have been able to find by browsing through the menus is
a place to reset the home page and search engine to
default settings. Is there a place where I can set this?

Open the search pane. At the top of it, it has a Customize button. Click it
and customize to your liking.

PS If you want Google, go to http://toolbar.google.com and download the
Google Toolbar.
