Actually you don't need to submit your webpage to any search engine. the
search engines will find you through backlinks. you need backlinks
anyways to get good SEO results. There is absolutly no need to submit
anything. It won't help you much.

Anyways if you still want to submit your pages make sure you just do it
once. Otherwises you might get banned by some of the SE's.

Or one place I usually submit to is www.dmoz.org

They do a pretty good job of passing on your url to all the major search
engines.
