Hello there.
I've recently been installing xp, and have noticed a problem when I want to
search the contents of the files in a directory for a word or phrase.
When I do so, it only ever finds matches in file names - never in the
content. When I open a file in the path - the content is there - but search
didn't find it!!!

What's up with that? Please help me. I thought it was a virus, but I just
reinstalled xp on a new partition and it still doesn't work.
Arrrrrggggggghhhhhh!

Thank-you in advance,
Dirk

XP search is not world class, though there are measures that will improve
its capabilities. Many users find Agent Ransack to be a more capable,
free, alternative.

Try it.
