I have migrated a site from a windows 2000 server running
FP 2000 extensions to a Windows 2003 server running FP
2002 extensions. Most everything is working fine with
the exception of the the search form. I keep getting:
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this
page: "http://x.x.x.x/search.htm"
Also when I run a component error report I get:
Page "search.htm" contains an unknown Frontpage
component: "Search".
I have taken the following actions to try to correct the
problem:
1) Add registry entry to force FP search to use the built
in WAIS server instead of index server a la Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 201524
2) I have gone into Add/Remove windows components and
enabled server side includes.
3) Opened and attempted to resave the form.
4) Created a fresh form from scratch ujnder the FP 2002
ext setup.
Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your
suggestions.
