Search another users calendar

I need to be able to search our 3 judges calendars for certain cases
however, it seems that I am unable to do this. I have added their calendars
to the Other Calendars and these users that have editor permissions as well
as other users that are reviewers and nobody can do a search.

We have Exchange 2003 server and our clients are using Outlook 2003.
