G Gord Dibben Jul 30, 2003 #3 Sue Select first sheet tab then hold SHIFT key and select last sheet tab. This "groups" the sheets. Do your Edit>Replace on the grouped sheets. NOTE: DO NOT FORGET to "ungroup" sheets when complete. What you do to one will be done to all. Right-click on one sheet tab and "ungroup sheets". Gord Dibben Excel MVP - XL97 SR2 & XL2002
