i am searching a freeware that can lock some features on xp, especially
that disallows the change of screensaver and wallpaper.
Do you know that ? It's for a school.

Microsoft build some features in XP itself.
Click on 'Start' - 'Run' and type

GPEDIT.MSC

Click OK, and you get the 'Groups Policy' window, in which you can set
a lot of restrictions.
