seaport.exe

I have come to find out that (seaport.exe) this is NOT suppost to be running
on my computer....right. My question is, how do I stop it and get rid of it?
 
What we do around here in your situation is to lookup seaport.exe using
a search engine like Google. You can find lots of information that way.
