I am having a problem with getting Seagate TapeStor 20/40
travan tape drive to be useable in Microsoft's backup
program in Windows 2000 (server). The device is listed
under tape drives in the device manager and says it is
functioning correctly. I have also been able to make a
backup with Segates Tape Tools software. However, why I
try to use Windows 2000 Backup the 'backup destination:'
box that I should be able to use to select the drive is
grayed out.
