"Se.Dll"

Steven Star

This file "Se.Dll" is imbedded in my system and writes
new spyware files to the temp file every startup.
Nothing will delete this file, everything tries and
fails. Why can't Microsoft program this Anti Spyware
software to delete it no matter what??????

I have tried all to get rid of this too.

I can't even send a suspected spyware report.
System says check proxy settings.....?
What now!
