I have a motherboard the has DDR DIMM ram slots, will my
SDR DIMM ram work in these slots?

no, single data rate and double data rate ram are totally different
configuration. sdr probably wont even fit in the slot much less work with
the bus and board. i'm guessing you have some pc-133 sdr. ram is still
cheap. get a good stick of 512 ddr.

SDR SDRAM such as PC100/PC133 is 168 pins. DDR such as
PC2100/PC2700 is 184 pins. Also there is a notch on the
base that must match the hump in the slot.

With the appropriately sized hammer, one can install a 168 pin SDR into a
184 pin DDR slot.

Results vary according to the size of the hammer.

All "good mechanics" know the when a part doesn't fit you
just need a BFH.
