Scrpt Error

Hi,
I get a script error when opening some web pages. The script error usually
says "An error has occurred in the script on this page" with a certain line
and a character number. I have disabled "display a notification about every
script error" in the Internet-Options but it did not help. And I have all
windows updates installed as well.

My IE version is 6 with SP1. And my OS is Windows XP home edition.

Any idea what this problem is? and how to fix it?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
