Scrolling

While in IE 6.0 when I click once for the scroll bar to
page down once, I get multiple page downs. This started
last mohnth after I performed a Windows Update.

This is due to a bug in critical update 824145.
Work arounds:
Click immediately under the slider.
Drag the slider.
Use the mouse wheel.
Use the Page Down and Page Up keys.
