scrolling

i am having trouble trying to get a smooth scoll when i
am browsing. i have the appropriate "smmoth scolling'
checked in the advanced settings but it still scrolls like
waves. any suggestions?

night. I had to reload all my software and settings
within the last two days-these symptoms are new so I'm
hoping it's just a setting I've missed. If you find the
solution I would appreciate you passing it on to me. I'll
do the same for you if you send your email. Thanks and

Just found solution for this problem-might help you. Go

to Start-Control Panel-system-hardware-device manager.
Look for yellow exclamation points or question marks. If
you find one of these under VGA or a Video heading you may
need a Video Driver update. I am running XP Pro needed
this; found an update on the Toshiba support website
(might be one on MS but didn't look). Site is
www.support.toshiba.com
under Tech Support Center.
Hope this helps, it fixed a couple different problems for
me including the wavey scrolling. (e-mail address removed)
