scrolling

I have just reinstalled XP and now when ever I am scolling through a document
or on IE it jumps instead of smoth scrolling. I have clicked the smoth
scrolling button in the mouse properties but it did not help. It is very
annoying and slows down IE and/or whatever program I am using (Word, Excel,
Power Point). I have reinstalled XP in two computers in my home and now they
both have the same problem. The motherboard have an integrated video card.
 
I got it. I had to conflicting video drivers loaded and they apparantly
didn't like each other, my computer was confused and decided not to recocnize
any of them. I deleted one of the drivers and now it works great.
