Scrolling with IE6

When I scroll with Internet Explorer 6, it scolls with a ripple effect like
a wave instead of smoothly. How do I get it to scoll normally?
 
Go Richard,

Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced options tab > Check
'Allow smooth scrolling.'
