Scrolling text

Is there a way to have text (as in a letter) scroll from top to bottom in a single slide. The amount of text is to much to have it appear on one slide without being so small that you can almost not read it. So maybe there is a way to have it scroll?

Thanks to all.

If the text is important to the presentation and you really want your
audience to read it, split it across multiple slides. Moving text is more
difficult to read than small text.

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]

Hello,

PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 have a "Credits" entrance animation effect that
might meet your needs.

If not, then, if you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly
that PowerPoint should have a specific animation effect (or be able to
create a specific effect by combining others and without having to resort
to VBA or add-ins), don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS,
please) to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
