Scrolling TEXT

Hello I would like some text to scroll all the way round
the screen... for example when the text scrolls around the
top of the screen so it scrolls to the left then when it
gets to the corner it starts to go down the side and then
when it gets to the bottom it scrols to the right then
back up to the top and then it goes round all over again..

When it goes down the side could the text be moved to so
that it reads like the word art in Word where the text
reads downwards if you kow what I mean.

Is this possible?

I am aware of this and thats no problems it was just
coding it which was the problem... Could it be done with
labels as well rather than Text boxes or would it have to
be text boxes?
