On a subform, the scroll bar is held down until end of records, subsequently,
the last record is shown on the top of the subform. How do I stop it from
happening?

That's the way Access scrolling works on a continuous forms view Form, and
there also is no simple way to determine how many rows are in view. If
anyone has jumped through the necessary hoops to determine how to not allow
scrolling to end up with "empty row spaces" on the screen, I'd guess it was
MVP Stephen Lebans. But, alas, I don't _recall_ any discussion that he has.
You could visit his website, http://www.lebans.com -- even if you don't find
the answer to this, you'll find a great deal of useful information, samples,
and software there.
