Scrolling Stutters

Os : Windows Xp Home

Problem : Since upgrading the comp from the Xp Cd the
Internet Explorer likes to just scroll non smoothingly, Its
really annoying and it also does it on Mozilla, Any ideas,
Thanks.
 
Mine is doing the same thing, but I don't know where the
driver is located to install it.????

Try the following and see if it helps:

IE uses Smooth scrolling by default. Disable smooth scrolling (in both IE &
Windows Explorer). Also adjust how many lines you want it to scroll at a
time

Tools > Advanced > uncheck Smooth scroll

also...............

Also update your video card, which you can do from your video card mfg.
website. Often this can contribute to the problem. Once the video drivers
are loaded, the refresh rate may be increased.

You might also look in TweakUI for XP. Set it to smooth scrolling, and set
the number of lines it scrolls at a time to something lower.
