I installed a 120 gb hard drive I installed windows xp and used PM 8.0 to
partition and format (NTFS) I downloaded all the updates and installed all
the drivers. but when I go on line or open a window and use scroll, it slow
and moves like water. does anyone know what might cause it. I uninstalled
everything but windows and it still does it I don't want to reinstall
windows if I can because I would have to call Microsoft and beg for
reactivation.
