Scrolling problem on some pages

Hi,

My IE (6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633) has a problem scrolling some
pages. For example, www.dotster.com.

It's hard to describe but what happens is that the window fills with
horizontal lines. Refresh fixes the problem but more scrolling brings it
back.

This does not happen with Mozilla and does not happen with any other
applications.

What could be causing this?

My graphics card is Nvidia GeForce4 MX 420.
