Scrolling Panel's in Compact Framework (CF)

Hi,

It looks like part of the slimming down of the Framework
was to eliminate the autoscrolling features of a Panel. I
have a dialog box that I would like to scroll under CF,
but cannot find how others are doing it. Any ideas or
code would be greatly appreciated.
