Scrolling List Box from VB Code

Hi Everybody:
I am asking really same question as yesterday, but in
simplier way: How to scroll list box using vb code to bring
list item into listbox window (multiselect)
lst.selected(150) only highlits that item, but does
not move it.
Thanks in advance for help.

P.S. Using SendKey is not desirable

are two methods listed - one should work for your situation.
