scrolling errors

My browser sometimes starts to scroll up and down all by
itself, when I an not touching the mouse. It goes down
some, then up some, then stops. A few seconds later it
does it again. It's random. Anyone know what causes
this? Thanks!!

First thing to do is clean your mouse wheel, or change it.
