scrolling buttons in a form

Is there a way to place "up and down" arrows next to a control in a form? I
have a form (in single form view) that has a number of subforms pertaining to
that particular record. It would be nice if users had some nice, easy to see
buttons to scroll through the form's records right next to that particular
control, rather than the usual record arrows at the bottom of the screen.
 
Have you tried to add a button to the form and use the wizard? There are
actions in the wizard to goto the next and previous records.

I believe you could ADD 2 buttons on your form, 1 for NEXT and 1 for
Previous. use the wizard to set them up ( the wizard works well for simple
buttons like this)
