My scrolling bar has disappeared both in WORD and
POWERPOINT, instead of scrolling up and down using cursor
I now hace to use page up and page down instead. Can
someone help pls?!!!!

Have you changed your resolution settings recently? Sounds like maybe you did
and now PPT/Word are sitting partially off screen.

Try clicking the box between the X and the _ in the upper rightcorner of the
screen, then see if you can click on the blue title bar at the top and drag the
rest of the PPT/Word windows into view.
