How do I prevent the scroll button on a mouse from scrolling between records
in a form?

Interesting refference. I plan on giving it a try.
However I would think that there must be something else that can be done
with Visual Basic or SQL that can prevent this scrolling action. Having to
add an additional .dll file to the system files may do be too intimidating
for some of the people I may want to share my database with. There is a form
Event called "OnMouseWheel". Could this Event Property be used in any way for
preventing the scrolling action or is it used for something entirely
different.
I am using MS Access 2002.

Stephen's MouseHook is the best way to deal with this that
I'm aware of. You could try to create something yourself
but I bet you would end up with something very similar.
