Scrollbar width

I can adjust the width of a scroll bar through windows.

Right-click on an empty spot on the windows desktop.
Select Properties + Appearance + Advanced.
Find the Scroll Bar in the Item drop-down.
Change the width to 40 to start with (you can adjust this again if
needed).
Click Apply.

but is there a way to do it just through in Access so that the other
programs aren't affected?
