Scrollbar Page Down problem

When I click in the scroll bar on the right, it scrolls way more than
a single screen, so I then have to back up. This doesn't happen when
using the PgDn key. Seems to be a new behavior, can't recall having
this problem before. Any ideas? Thanks!

A bug in the Q824145 patch. Microsoft knows about it.
Click immediately under the slider in the scrollbar or drag the slider.
