scroll won't work

how do i fix my stupid scrolling thing? it the thing
below the typing board, it's also below the moving pad,
and between the two clickers. Get me? anyways, i think
its called the scroll, cause you can scroll down the
page.BUT thats my problem, it doesnt respond nomore.. YES
I AM DUMB, i am a blond.........

Yes, I think I get you. Your scrolling wheel on your mouse, the small,
rounded plastic thingie with the two "clickers", is not working. Is the
mouse old, new, in-between? The little arrow doohickey has to be on the
page you are trying to scroll in to work properly. If this is all just too
much, go down to your local computer or office supply store, it's the big
building with the bright lettering next door to The Gap, and buy a new
mouse. Post back with your adventures.

you are referring to the scroll wheel like on a mouse,

but your's must be on a laptop, i'm guessing here...

my advice, if this is the case, take it to a good,
qualified, insured PC repair shop. you don't want to try
to fix that yourself even if it is fixable
