Scroll with fingers

Hello!

I'd like to code a program which supports scrolling with fingers for my own
list I've coded, like in Windows Mobile 6.1. Currently I'm using .NET Compact
Framework 3.5 with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.

Is this possible? Must I use another language? Any hint is appreciated!

Sure it's possible. Just handle the mouse down and move events and translate
them into scrolls.
