Scroll wheel on mouse problem

Can any one help me please?

I have created a database which works very well with the exception of a
couple of forms that scroll through records with the scroll wheel on the
mouse. This is scary because the end user could accidentally scroll to a
different record and then make changes not knowing, perhaps, that they have
changed records.
is there any code I can use that can stop the scroll wheel action in MS
Access yet still leave it active for all other applications.
