Scroll Mouse

Is there anyway to prevent a scroll mouse from scrolling through records on a
form? I set the "Cycle" property to the current record, but that did not
work. It becomes a big problem when you have a sub-form. If I am in the
sub-form and I use the scroll mouse, it advances the records on the sub-form
but not on the main form.

Help!!
